Working Principle

Ultrasonic Cleaning Principle: The ultrasonic generator produces high-frequency oscillation signals, which are converted into high-frequency mechanical vibrations by the transducer. Countless tiny bubbles are formed in the cleaning liquid. These bubbles burst instantaneously on the surface of the steel sheet, generating a strong impact force to peel off dirt and impurities.

Spray Cleaning Principle: The cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the surface of the steel sheet at high pressure through the spray head. Stains are removed through mechanical scouring, and the surface of the steel sheet can be comprehensively rinsed. It is suitable for cleaning large-area stains and granular impurities.

Structural Composition

Cleaning Tank System: Usually made of stainless steel with good corrosion resistance, it is used to hold the cleaning liquid and the precision-stamped steel sheets to be cleaned.

Ultrasonic Generator: Provides energy for ultrasonic cleaning, and parameters such as power and frequency can be adjusted according to cleaning requirements.

Filtration System: Generally composed of filters, filter screens, etc., it can filter impurities in the cleaning liquid, maintain the cleanliness of the cleaning liquid, and extend the service life of the cleaning liquid.

Conveyor Device: Includes conveyor belts, chains, rollers, etc., which can realize automatic loading, unloading of steel sheets and their transportation inside the cleaning machine.

Control System: Mostly adopts a PLC programmable controller and a touch screen operation interface, which can accurately set and adjust cleaning parameters.
