Working principle

Modified alcohol ether cleaning: Utilizing the good solubility and permeability of the modified alcohol ether cleaning liquid, it can effectively remove organic pollutants such as oil stains, grease, and wax on the surface of the steel sheet, and has no corrosive effect on metals.

Structural composition

Vacuum tank: Made of high-strength stainless steel, it has good airtightness and corrosion resistance and is the main place for the cleaning process.

Heating system: It can heat the cleaning liquid to improve the cleaning efficiency. It usually consists of heating pipes, temperature sensors, and temperature controllers.

Vacuum system: Including vacuum pumps, vacuum valves, vacuum pressure gauges, etc., it is used to extract the air in the tank and create a vacuum environment.

Spray system: During the cleaning process, the cleaning liquid is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the steel sheet through spray heads to enhance the cleaning effect.

Filtration system: It can filter impurities in the cleaning liquid, ensure the cleanliness of the cleaning liquid, and extend the service life of the cleaning liquid.
