Working Principle
Ultrasonic Cleaning: The ultrasonic generator produces high-frequency vibrations, which are converted into mechanical vibrations by the transducer. A large number of tiny bubbles are formed in the hydrocarbon cleaning agent. The impact force generated by the bubble rupture can peel off the dirt on the surface of the workpiece. Application of Vacuum Technology: On the one hand, it removes the air in the cleaning agent to reduce ultrasonic attenuation. On the other hand, it expels the air on the surface and in the pores of the workpiece, allowing the cleaning agent to fully penetrate and improve the cleaning effect. At the same time, using the principle that the boiling point of the liquid decreases under vacuum conditions, the hydrocarbon cleaning agent boils at a lower temperature to achieve vapor cleaning and rapid drying.
Structural Composition
Cleaning Tank: Usually made of stainless steel, it has a multi-tank design, including a vacuum degassing ultrasonic cleaning tank, a high-power vacuum ultrasonic cleaning tank, etc. Each tank works in cooperation to achieve different cleaning functions.
Ultrasonic System: Composed of an ultrasonic generator and a transducer, it provides ultrasonic energy, and the power and frequency can be adjusted according to the cleaning requirements.
Vacuum System: It includes a vacuum pump, vacuum valves, a vacuum pressure gauge, etc., which are used to extract the air in the cleaning tank to create a vacuum environment. Heating System: Generally, it adopts the indirect heating method of heat transfer oil to heat the hydrocarbon cleaning agent, so that the cleaning agent reaches the required cleaning and drying temperature. Distillation and Regeneration System: The cleaning liquid dissolved with oil stains can be pumped into the distillation device, heated and evaporated in a vacuum, and then condensed into a clean solvent and returned to the cleaning tank, keeping the cleaning liquid clean all the time. Conveyor System: Composed of an intelligent robotic arm, etc., it automatically transfers the cleaning basket with workpieces between each work station to realize an automated cleaning process. Control System: It adopts a PLC and a touch screen human-machine interface for operation, and parameters such as cleaning time, temperature, vacuum degree, and ultrasonic power can be accurately set and monitored.
